工程训练作为新时期我国高校培养创新型工程人才的重要实践教育方式,顺应了第三次科学技术革命的需要。在国家、政府、社会和工程训练参与主体的合力下,工程训练逐步走上了多元主体共同参与、多领域协调推进的创新发展道路,硬件水平得到显著提升,实现了内涵式发展,发挥着强大的辐射效应。但还应从理论指导实践方面理清工程训练相关概念,明确创新发展的方向;加强人文关怀,以先进的工程文化引领工程训练的创新开展;树立工程训练系统观,从搭建基于R F ID的工程训练综合教学管理平台等方面着手,推动工程训练持续创新,促进工程教育向前发展。

Engineering training ,as a way of practical education to foster engineering persons in the new period , satisfies the needs of the third revolution in science and technology .With the efforts of our country ,the government , the society and the main participant of Engineering T raining , it generally becomes multidimensionally involved ,various fields promoted and creative trinity .What is more ,the level of facility is highly increased to realize the connotative development and exert its huge radiation effects .However ,there are still some aspects to be paid attention to as follows:the practice is in consistent with the theory ,and the direction of development should be defined;humanistic solicitude should be enhanced and engineering training should be led by developing engineering culture;a systematic idea should be asserted to found an composite education management platform based on RFID ,so as to continuously innovate in engineering training .
