学生科技创新活动已逐渐成为培养拔尖创新型人才的重要载体。基于教育教学“一体化”改革的研究与实践，从学生科技创新活动的队伍建设、管理机制、平台搭建等方面着手，构建具有学科特色的学生科技创新活动体系，提出了“纽带式”管理模式的基本概念，指出其具有主体多元性、目标单一性、途径多元性、着力集中性等特征，并研究了多层渐进式、主动融入式学生科技创新活动平台搭建及其实践效果，通过实践检验得知该模式对于资源合理调配、效率有效提高、质量显著提升具有一定作用。

As an important part of practical teaching and the students’ activities ,students’ activities on the technological innovation have gradually become important carriers to cultivate top-notch innovative talents . Based on the research and practice on the reform of education integration , the linked management of the students’ innovation center has been proposed ,including the team building ,the management mechanism and the platform . This mode of management has multivariate subjects , multivariate ways , single target and concentrated focal point ,and its platform is multileveled ,progressive ,active and integrated .It is proved by practice that this mode of management is effective .
