目的:通过芽孢杆菌物质组学分析,快速地区分亲缘关系极近的芽胞杆菌种类。方法本文利用GC/MS检测了芽孢杆菌9个模式菌株和1个分离菌株FJAT-13831的胞外物质成分,并进行主成分和聚类分析。结果不同的芽孢杆菌种间胞外物质具有显著性差异, FJAT-13831的胞外物质成分与其相近种类差异很大,应是芽胞杆菌属的一个新种。结论该方法可从代谢水平上对芽孢杆菌亲缘关系相似的不同种进行区分,为芽孢杆菌的鉴定及新种判断提供一种新的技术手段。

목적:통과아포간균물질조학분석,쾌속지구분친연관계겁근적아포간균충류。방법본문이용GC/MS검측료아포간균9개모식균주화1개분리균주FJAT-13831적포외물질성분,병진행주성분화취류분석。결과불동적아포간균충간포외물질구유현저성차이, FJAT-13831적포외물질성분여기상근충류차이흔대,응시아포간균속적일개신충。결론해방법가종대사수평상대아포간균친연관계상사적불동충진행구분,위아포간균적감정급신충판단제공일충신적기술수단。
ObjectiveTo rapidly identify theBacillus species with close relatives,Bacillus metabolomics was studied in this paper.MethodBased on Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer (GC/MS) detection, principal component and cluster analysis were performed on extracellular substance of 10Bacillus species. Results It was shown that the isolate FJAT-13831 might be a new species of the genusBacillus, and different Bacillus species had a significant differences.Conclusion The method used in the paper may be identified Bacillus species with close relatives at the metabolic level, and provided a new technical means for theBacillus classification and identification.
