目的:建立一种简单、快速、灵敏的同时测定茶叶中5种稀土元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱方法。方法比较了微波消解和湿法消解两种前处理方法,比较了电感耦合等离子发射光谱(inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry, ICP-AES)和电感耦合等离子质谱(inductively coupled plasma-mass spec-trometry, ICP-MS)两种测定方法。优化了微波消解程序和ICP-MS的仪器条件,通过加标试验和国家标准物质茶叶GBW10016的测定分析其准确性。结果 ICP-MS检测灵敏度高,仪器检出限为0.06~0.18μg/kg,微波消解的加标回收率较高,为97.65%~103.28%(n=6),其测定国家标准物质茶叶的准确度为91.4%~108.6%。结论对于茶叶中稀土元素的检测,采用微波消解、ICP-MS测定的方法,选择性和灵敏度好、回收率高、重现性好、定量准确,更适用于茶叶中稀土元素的测定。

ObjectiveTo establish a rapid and sensitive method which can determine 5 sorts of rare earth elements in tea by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) method.Methods The samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) and ICP-MS with microwave digestion and wet digestion. Microwave digestion procedure and ICP-MS instrument condition were optimized.ResultsThe recoveries of rare earth elements determined by ICP-MS with microwave digestion were 97.65%~103.28% (n=6), while the detection limits were 0.06~0.18μg/kg.ConclusionDetermination of rare earth elements in tea by ICP-MS with microwave digestion had many advantages, such as high sensitivity and high selectivity, accurate quantification, high precision and accuracy, high reproducibility and high recov-ery rate, which was suitable for the detection of rare earth elements in tea.
