以“乌牛早”、“劲锋”、“平阳特早”一年生茶树幼苗为试验材料,研究了水培条件下钙过量对3个茶树品种新梢生化成分的影响差异。结果表明,不同茶树品种对钙过量处理的承受能力存在差异,其中钙过量处理对“乌牛早”品种茶多酚、氨基酸、咖啡碱、蛋白质含量均有显著影响,对可溶性糖含量的影响差异不显著;对“劲锋”品种各生化成分含量均没有显著影响;对“平阳特早”品种氨基酸、咖啡碱、蛋白质含量均有显著影响,而对茶多酚、可溶性糖含量的影响差异不显著。3个品种对高浓度钙离子反应的敏感性顺序为乌牛早>平阳特早>劲锋。
以“烏牛早”、“勁鋒”、“平暘特早”一年生茶樹幼苗為試驗材料,研究瞭水培條件下鈣過量對3箇茶樹品種新梢生化成分的影響差異。結果錶明,不同茶樹品種對鈣過量處理的承受能力存在差異,其中鈣過量處理對“烏牛早”品種茶多酚、氨基痠、咖啡堿、蛋白質含量均有顯著影響,對可溶性糖含量的影響差異不顯著;對“勁鋒”品種各生化成分含量均沒有顯著影響;對“平暘特早”品種氨基痠、咖啡堿、蛋白質含量均有顯著影響,而對茶多酚、可溶性糖含量的影響差異不顯著。3箇品種對高濃度鈣離子反應的敏感性順序為烏牛早>平暘特早>勁鋒。

The annual tea seedlings of “Wuniuzao”,“Jinfeng” and“Pingyangtezao” were taken as ma-terials to study the effects of excessive calcium on the variation of biochemical components in shoots of different tea varieties.The results showed that the endurance to excessive calcium was different between different varie -ties.The excessive calcium had significant effects on the contents of tea polyphenols , amino acids, caffeine and protein , but no significant effects on soluble sugar content in “Wuniuzao”.For“Jinfeng”, the contents of all the biochemical components were not significantly affected by excessive calcium .For“Pingyangtezao”, the amino acids , caffeine and protein contents could be affected significantly , but the tea polyphenols and soluble sugar contents could not be affected significantly .The sensitivity of the 3 tea varieties responded to high con-centration calcium ion was in order of “Wuniuzao”>“Pingyangtezao”>“Jinfeng”.
