采用改进的离子消耗技术,分析了携带TaPHR1基因的小麦种质系山农824和山农899及其亲本的磷素吸收动力学特点(Cmin、Km、Vmax、α值),比较了供试材料在低磷水平(10μmol/L)与正常磷素水平(50μmol/L)下的含磷量、干物质量、分蘖数和根冠比。结果表明,含有TaPHR1基因的小麦材料其Cmin、Km减小,Vmax、α值显著增大,说明TaPHR1基因可改善磷素吸收动力学特性,能够促进小麦在低磷条件下吸收更多的磷素,并提高茎叶在全株中的磷素分配比例,使小麦在低磷条件下将磷素更多地转入地上部;低磷条件下,TaPHR1基因可以促进干物质的积累,增加分蘖数。

In this experiment , improved ion consumption method was adopt to measure the phosphorus absorption kinetics parameters (Cmin,Km,Vmax,α) of two types of wheat materials.One was Shannong 824 with TaPHR1 gene, and the other was Shannong 899 with no.The phosphorus content , dry matter, tiller num-ber and ratio of root to shoot were compared between low (10 μmol/L) and normal (50 μmol/L) phosphorus levels.The results showed that carrying TaPHR1 gene could significantly decrease the C min and Km, but in-crease the Vmax and αvalue.It indicated that TaPHR1 gene could improve the phosphorus uptake dynamic characteristics, promote wheat to absorb more phosphorus under low phosphorus condition , and increase the allocation proportion of stem and leaves to transfer more phosphorus to shoot .So under the low phosphorus condition, TaPHR1 could increase the accumulation of dry matter and tiller number of wheat .
