分4个不同时期进行芽接试验,结果表明,北美豆梨在春季树液开始流动后(4~9月)均可进行贴芽嫁接,但在夏季高温季节要注意保湿,贴芽接成活率可达84%以上;分析比较了贴芽、劈接、插皮接3种方法对嫁接成活率及芽萌动时间的影响,3种方法嫁接成活率分别为85%、80%、79%,芽接萌发时间主要集中在接后第12~16天,劈接和插皮接萌发时间主要集中在接后第14~18天。

The grafting experiments of Pyrus calleryana were done in four different periods .The results were as follows:grafting with sticking a bud could be conducted after the sap began to flow ( between April and September ) , and more attention should be paid to moisture preservation in summer;its survival rate could be above 84%.The effects of three grafting methods containing sticking a bud , cleft grafting , skin receiving on survival rate and bud stirring time were studied , and their survival rate was 85%, 80%and 79%respec-tively .The bud stirring time of sticking a bud mainly focused on the 12 nd~16 th day after grafting , while that of cleft grafting and skin receiving mainly focused on the 14 th~18 th day .
