本研究利用RT-PCR方法从萝卜( Raphanus sativus)中分离了ARGOS基因的同源基因RsAR-GOS1和RsARGOS2,并对其表达模式进行了分析。结果表明,RsARGOS1基因预测编码133个氨基酸,RsAR-GOS2基因预测编码109个氨基酸。 RsARGOS1在所有器官中均表达,其中肉质根中表达量最高,叶中表达量最低;RsARGOS2基因在花蕾中表达量最高,花序轴中的表达量最低。 RsARGOSs基因表达受到激素的调节, RsARGOS1基因的表达量在喷施6-BA后明显增高,6小时左右达到顶峰,喷施NAA的影响不大;RsARGOS2基因的表达同时受NAA和6-BA的诱导,NAA的诱导幅度大于6-BA。上述研究结果对理解RsARGOSs基因参与调控萝卜的生长发育过程具有重要参考价值。

본연구이용RT-PCR방법종라복( Raphanus sativus)중분리료ARGOS기인적동원기인RsAR-GOS1화RsARGOS2,병대기표체모식진행료분석。결과표명,RsARGOS1기인예측편마133개안기산,RsAR-GOS2기인예측편마109개안기산。 RsARGOS1재소유기관중균표체,기중육질근중표체량최고,협중표체량최저;RsARGOS2기인재화뢰중표체량최고,화서축중적표체량최저。 RsARGOSs기인표체수도격소적조절, RsARGOS1기인적표체량재분시6-BA후명현증고,6소시좌우체도정봉,분시NAA적영향불대;RsARGOS2기인적표체동시수NAA화6-BA적유도,NAA적유도폭도대우6-BA。상술연구결과대리해RsARGOSs기인삼여조공라복적생장발육과정구유중요삼고개치。
The RsARGOS1 and RsARGOS2 genes were isolated from radish ( Raphanus sativus) by RT-PCR method, and their expression patterns were further analyzed .The results showed that RsARGOS1 gene en-coded a polypeptide of 133 amino acids, and RsARGOS2 gene encoded a polypeptide of 109 amino acids.The RT-PCR analysis results showed that RsARGOS1 expressed in all organs of radish , and the expression level was the highest in tuberous root and the lowest in leaves .RsARGOS2 had the highest expression level in buds , but the lowest in rachis .The expression of RsARGOS1 and RsARGOS2 genes was regulated by plant hormones . The expression of RsARGOS1 increased after spraying 6-BA, and reached the highest level after 6 hours of spraying.RsARGOS2 also could be induced by NAA and 6 -BA treatment, and NAA treatment had more effect than 6-BA treatment.This study would provide reference for understanding the function of RsARGOSs in regulating growth and development of radish .
