锅炉过热蒸汽温度过高或过低都会影响电厂的安全性和经济性,且过热蒸汽温度的控制具有大迟延、扰动因素多、控制精度和稳定性要求高的特点.针对某亚临界2×600 MW 机组实际运行参数及其锅炉低氮燃烧改造后的过热蒸汽温度特性,对过热蒸汽温度控制策略进行了优化.优化后在机组调峰频繁工况下,控制系统将过热蒸汽温度波动范围控制在±4.5℃以内,控制系统调节品质明显提高.

Overhigh or overlow superheated steam temperature in boiler will significantly affect safety and e-conomy of power plants.The superheated steam temperature control system has such characteristics as large delay,multiple disturbance factors and high requirements for control precision and stability.On the basis of the actual operation parameters and superheated steam temperature characteristics of a sub-critica1 600 MW unit boiler after low NOx combustion transformation,the superheated steam temperature control strategy was optimized.The improved control system can regulate the superheated steam temperature fluc-tuation within ±4.5 ℃,indicating the control quality of the system has been dramatically enhanced.
