为了进一步了解超超临界600 MW 机组墙式切圆锅炉的燃烧状态,对该锅炉满负荷时特征截面上的温度分布、O2和 CO 的摩尔浓度分布等进行了模拟计算。由模拟结果与试验结果的对比分析可以看出,模拟结果的过量空气系数与设计值吻合较好,下炉膛出口烟温略高于设计值,未燃尽碳损失略低于设计值,但能够真实地反映锅炉的燃烧状态,可为该类型锅炉的设计改造提供参考。
為瞭進一步瞭解超超臨界600 MW 機組牆式切圓鍋爐的燃燒狀態,對該鍋爐滿負荷時特徵截麵上的溫度分佈、O2和 CO 的摩爾濃度分佈等進行瞭模擬計算。由模擬結果與試驗結果的對比分析可以看齣,模擬結果的過量空氣繫數與設計值吻閤較好,下爐膛齣口煙溫略高于設計值,未燃儘碳損失略低于設計值,但能夠真實地反映鍋爐的燃燒狀態,可為該類型鍋爐的設計改造提供參攷。

In order to further investigate the combustion characteristics of an ultra supercritical 600 MW u-nit wall type tangentially fired boiler,the flow property in the furnace under full load condition was numer-ically studied at first.The distributions of temperature and molar concentration of O2 and CO in character-istic section of the boiler were mainly analyzed.Then,combined with the flow property,numerical simula-tion on combustion characteristics in the furnace under full load condition was carried out.Comparison be-tween the simulated results and experimental data shows the simulation results can describe the combus-tion features of this boiler accurately.
