针对某超临界600 MW 机组四角切圆燃烧锅炉燃烧器区域存在的严重结渣问题,借助 Fluent软件对其燃烧过程进行了模拟。结果表明:结渣位于沿射流方向靠近喷口处,结渣的主要原因为该处氧含量低,烟气温度高于入炉煤的灰软化温度(ST);当周界风风速调整至60 m/s时,各横截面结渣处温度均低于灰软化温度,可以解决锅炉结渣问题,提高锅炉运行的安全性和经济性。
針對某超臨界600 MW 機組四角切圓燃燒鍋爐燃燒器區域存在的嚴重結渣問題,藉助 Fluent軟件對其燃燒過程進行瞭模擬。結果錶明:結渣位于沿射流方嚮靠近噴口處,結渣的主要原因為該處氧含量低,煙氣溫度高于入爐煤的灰軟化溫度(ST);噹週界風風速調整至60 m/s時,各橫截麵結渣處溫度均低于灰軟化溫度,可以解決鍋爐結渣問題,提高鍋爐運行的安全性和經濟性。
침대모초림계600 MW 궤조사각절원연소과로연소기구역존재적엄중결사문제,차조 Fluent연건대기연소과정진행료모의。결과표명:결사위우연사류방향고근분구처,결사적주요원인위해처양함량저,연기온도고우입로매적회연화온도(ST);당주계풍풍속조정지60 m/s시,각횡절면결사처온도균저우회연화온도,가이해결과로결사문제,제고과로운행적안전성화경제성。
Serious slagging occurred in burner region of a tangentially-fired supercritical 600 MW unit boil-er.Numerical simulation was carried out for the combustion process with the Fluent software.The results show that the slagging position is close to the corners of the burner along the stream direction.Low oxygen content and high temperature (higher than the ash softening temperature (ST))are considered as the ma-jor reasons for slagging.When the surrounding air is increased to 60 m/s,the temperature at the slagging position of the cross section is lower than ST.By this way the slagging problem can be solved and the safe-ty and economy of the boiler operation can be improved.
