以300 MW 机组锅炉为研究对象,对阜新烟煤、平顶山烟煤和西山贫煤的各项热损失进行了热力计算,并由 ASME PTC 4-1998定义的17项热损失和7项外来热量计算了3种煤种对锅炉效率的影响。结果表明,在相同气氛下阜新烟煤锅炉的效率最高,但燃料消耗量也最高,其更适用于富氧燃烧。

Taking a 300 MW unit coal-fired boiler as the research object,thermal calculation on combustion losses of Fuxin bituminous coal,Pingdingshan bituminous coal and Xishan lean coal was conducted.Moreo-ver,according to 17 kinds of heat losses and 7 kinds of external heat defined by the ASME PTC 4 -1 998,the effect of coal type on boiler efficiency was investigated.The results show that,in the same atmosphere,the boiler firing the Fuxin bituminous coal had the highest heat efficiency and the largest fuel consumption rate,which is suitable to oxy-enriched firing boilers.
