对模拟试验系统和实际燃煤电厂石灰石-石膏法脱硫净烟气中的 PM2.5排放特性进行了对比研究.结果表明:模拟系统燃煤细颗粒物数浓度在电称低压冲击器(ELPI)可测范围内呈单峰分布,以亚微米级微粒为主,多呈球形结构,主要为难溶于水的硅铝质矿物颗粒.然而,实际电厂燃煤细颗粒物数量浓度呈双峰分布.经过石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫(WFGD)的净烟气中,细颗粒物峰值粒径由脱硫前的0.07μm 增至0.15μm,粗颗粒段数量较脱硫前稍有降低,但0.1~0.5μm 粒径段颗粒数量浓度反而有所提高;出现少量微米级的块状结晶态细颗粒,Ca、S、O 元素含量增加.

Emission characteristics of PM2 .5 from flue gas in simulated system and actual coal-fired power plant equipped with limestone-gypsum desulfurization system were investigated.The results show that the number concentration distribution of PM1 0 in raw flue gas,determined by ELPI in simulation system,pres-ented a unimodal distribution while that in actual power plant was bimodal.Most of the fine particles were in submicron size range,with an irregular structure of sphere and a main composition of water-insoluble salic minerals.After desulfurization,the number peak particle size had moved from 0.07 μm to 0.15 μm, and the number of coarse particles decreased slightly.However,the particles sizing from in 0.1 μm to 0.5μm increased instead,indicating the WFGD had a lower efficiency in removing the fine particles.Further-more,a few crystalline particles in micron size appeared,with an increase in Ca,S and O elements.
