创新理念依据每个学生的个性发展,实施因材施教,培养学生的创新精神和创新能力。在电子技术课程教学中,传统的教学理念已不适应学科发展和新世纪对创新人才培养的要求,必须进行教学改革。本文以创新教学理念为指导,构建了适合创新人才培养、满足电子技术发展需求的电子技术课程理论与实践教学体系。本研究成果对高校电子技术课程教学改革和创新人才的培养具有一定理论指导意义。
創新理唸依據每箇學生的箇性髮展,實施因材施教,培養學生的創新精神和創新能力。在電子技術課程教學中,傳統的教學理唸已不適應學科髮展和新世紀對創新人纔培養的要求,必鬚進行教學改革。本文以創新教學理唸為指導,構建瞭適閤創新人纔培養、滿足電子技術髮展需求的電子技術課程理論與實踐教學體繫。本研究成果對高校電子技術課程教學改革和創新人纔的培養具有一定理論指導意義。

Based on personality development of students, innovation instruction theory is to teach students in accordance with their aptitude, so as to cultivate their innovation spirit and innovation ability. In the teaching of electronic technology curriculum, traditional teaching method cannot keep pace with the discipline’s development and meet the urgent need of innovative talents in new age, it need reform urgently. With the guidance of innovative instruction theory, the theory and practice teaching system of electronic technology curriculum was constructed in this paper, which met the demand of electronic technology development and was suitable for innovative talent training. The research results had a certain theoretical guiding significance for the teaching reform of electronic technology curriculum and the cultivation of innovative talents.
