信息化建设不仅已成为实现美丽乡村建设目标的重要手段，还是提升乡村发展水平和农村居民生活质量的必要途径。同时，建设过程中顶层设计缺失、网络费用过高、信息服务整合不足等问题逐渐凸显。本文介绍了当前我国农村信息化现状，得出结论：我国农村信息化水平仍然较落后，农村居民的信息需求没有得到满足，农村信息消费市场潜力巨大。结合当前我国农村发展中存在的部分问题和4G、云计算、大规模开放在线课程等信息技术，阐述了信息技术在美丽乡村建设中的作用和途径。并针对美丽乡村信息化建设中存在的问题，提出了的相关对策和建议。

The information construction has already become not only an important means to realize the construction of beautiful countryside, but also a necessary channel to promote the rural development level and life quality. Meanwhile, such problems as the lack of top-level design, high network cost and insufficiency of information services integration, appeared in the process. This paper introduced the current status of rural information and concluded that the level of China’s rural information development was still lower and rural residents’information consumption demands were not satisfied yet. Therefore, there was great potential in rural information consumption market. Combined some problems in rural development and the advantages of 4G, cloud computing and MOOC, approaches and effects of information technologies in beautiful countryside construction were expounded. Countermeasures and suggestions were also put forward in accordance with problems in rural information construction.
