针对润滑油配方综合评价需要考虑的指标多,且存在不确定性和相对性,最佳方案选择难等问题;提出采用层次分析法(AHP)和灰色聚类决策法相结合,建立润滑油配方优选模型。首先,对润滑油配方进行灰色分类,并构建灰类白化权函数;其次根据AHP法确定各性能指标的权重系数;最后运用灰色聚类方法对润滑油配方进行综合评价,确定配方方案的灰类等级。以球磨机油配方为例,结果表明,该方法应用于润滑油配方优选是可行的,给润滑油配方的综合分析及评估提供了一种科学、合理、有效的新思路和决策理论依据。

Aiming at the lubricant formulation comprehensive evaluation exist more index requirements ,uncer-tainty, relativity and select difficulty. Base on the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and grey clustering deci-sion method, the lubricant formulation optimization mode is constructed. Firstly, the lubricant formulation is divid-ed into grey classes, and the grey winterization weight function is constructed. Secondly, the Analytical Hierarchy Process method is used to determine the index weight coefficient. Lastly, the lubricant formulation is comprehen-sive evaluated according to grey clustering method, and the lubricant formulation grey level is determined. Taking the ball mill oil formulation as an example, the results show that, the proposed method is practicable to using in lu-bricant formulation optimization, a scientific, rational and effective method is provided for the comprehensive anal-ysis and evaluation of lubricant formulation.
