为了研究云南热带林区鬼针草挥发性化学成分,采用同时蒸馏萃取法(SDE)提取鬼针草叶片精油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析精油的化学成分。结果表明,从鬼针草叶片中共分离出61种化合物,主要是萜类化合物和绿叶挥发性物质,相对含量最多的是大香叶烯(20.07%),其次是α-蒎烯(11.82%)和β-石竹烯(9.14%)。
為瞭研究雲南熱帶林區鬼針草揮髮性化學成分,採用同時蒸餾萃取法(SDE)提取鬼針草葉片精油,利用氣相色譜-質譜聯用儀分析精油的化學成分。結果錶明,從鬼針草葉片中共分離齣61種化閤物,主要是萜類化閤物和綠葉揮髮性物質,相對含量最多的是大香葉烯(20.07%),其次是α-蒎烯(11.82%)和β-石竹烯(9.14%)。

To study the volatile chemical components of Bidens bipinnata L.from tropic forestry of Yun-nan,the essential oil from Bidens bipinnata L.leaves was extracted by simultaneous distillation and extraction (SDE)method.The chemical components of essential oil were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrom-etry(GC-MS).There were 61 compounds identified from Bidens bipinnata L.leaves.The main components were terpenoids and green leaf volatiles.The most abundant compound was myrcene (20.07%),followed byα-pinene (11.82%)andβ-caryophyllene (9.14%).
