采用循环伏安法研究了1-萘酚和2-萘酚在聚硫堇/碳纳米管修饰的玻碳电极上的电化学行为,并对实验条件进行了优化。结果表明:该修饰电极对1-萘酚和2-萘酚有良好的电催化活性,在2.0×10-7~2.0×10-5 mol·L-1的范围内,氧化峰电流与1-萘酚、2-萘酚的浓度呈良好的线性关系;该修饰电极具有良好的灵敏度、重现性和稳定性,可用于实际样品的测定,结果令人满意。

The electrochemical behaviors of 1-naphthol and 2-naphthol on polythionine/carbon nanotubes modified GCE were investigated by cyclic voltammetry.The experimental conditions were optimized.The results showed that the modified electrode possessed excellent electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of both 1-naphthol and 2-naphthol.Oxidation peak currents had good linear relationship with the concentration of 1-naph-thol and 2-naphthol in the range from 2.0 × 1 0-7 mol · L-1 to 2.0 × 1 0-5 mol · L-1 .The modified electrode showed high sensitivity,excellent reproducibility and long-term stability.The proposed method was successfully examined for real sample analysis and the obtained results were satisfactory.
