为建立贵州续断药材的指纹图谱,采用 D101大孔树脂对样品进行前处理,用 Agilent ZORB-AX extend C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱进行梯度洗脱,采用 SPSS19.0进行数据分析,对贵州不同产地的续断药材进行指纹图谱构建。结果表明:11批续断样品有14个共有峰,方法学考察符合指纹图谱技术要求;聚类分析聚为2类,贵州不同产地续断药材指纹图谱相似度极高,建立的续断指纹图谱测定方法准确可靠。

In order to establish the chromatographic fingerprint of Dipsacus asperoides produced from Guizhou,samples were pre-treated by D101macroporous resin,agilent ZORBAX extend C18 (250 mm 4.6 mm,5 μm)column was used for gradient elution,and SPSS 19.0 was used for data analysis.The results showed that the 11 batches of D.asperoides had 14 common peaks,the methodological study results met the requirements of chromatographic fingerprint.According to system clustering analysis,it could be divided into 2 categories. The similarity of chromatographic fingerprint among D.asperoides from different origins in Guizhou was extremely high.Therefore,the determination method in the study could be approved accurate and reliable.
