考察了内外扩散、反应温度和反应时间对树脂催化丙烯酸水合反应的影响,并对丙烯酸水合反应动力学进行了研究,计算了水合反应级数及反应活化能。结果表明,该水合反应级数为一级,反应活化能Ea=9.596 kJ · mol-1,在此基础上初步推断了树脂催化丙烯酸水合反应机理。
攷察瞭內外擴散、反應溫度和反應時間對樹脂催化丙烯痠水閤反應的影響,併對丙烯痠水閤反應動力學進行瞭研究,計算瞭水閤反應級數及反應活化能。結果錶明,該水閤反應級數為一級,反應活化能Ea=9.596 kJ · mol-1,在此基礎上初步推斷瞭樹脂催化丙烯痠水閤反應機理。

The effects of internal and external diffusion,reaction temperature and reaction time on hydration reaction of acrylic acid by resin catalyst were studied.The hydration reaction kinetics of acrylic acid was investi-gated.The hydration reaction order and activation energy were determined.Results showed that the hydration reaction order was one and the activation energy Ea was 9.596 kJ·mol-1 .Based on that,the mechanism for hy-dration reaction of acrylic acid by resin catalyst was concluded.
