为紫苏高油和高亚麻酸材料的筛选提供参考,采用田间试验和室内品质检测相结合方法对30份贵州紫苏资源的含油率和脂肪酸成分进行分析。结果表明:1)30份贵州紫苏的含油率为34.136%~49.151%,平均42.496%,变异系数为8.377。含油率高于46%的材料有6份,其中,正安紫苏-1的含油率最高,达49.15%;其次是织金紫苏,为48.76%。2)在组成脂肪酸的饱和脂肪酸(棕榈酸、硬脂酸)和不饱和脂肪酸(油酸、亚油酸和α-亚麻酸)成分中,不饱和脂肪酸的含量为86.636%~91.459%,平均89.055%;饱和脂肪酸的含量为8.391%~10.479%,平均9.149%。在所有脂肪酸成分中,以α-亚麻酸的含量最高,平均为64.153%;油酸其次,平均为14.023%;硬脂酸最低,平均为2.247%。3)在30份贵州紫苏材料中,以贵定紫苏-1的α-亚麻酸含量最高,达68.54%,正安紫苏-1最低,为60.337%;亚油酸含量以正安紫苏-1最高,达14.076%;六盘水紫苏-1最低,仅8.848%;油酸含量以绥阳紫苏-2最高,达17.580%;贵定紫苏-1最低,仅10.665%。

The oil content and fatty acid composition of 30 P .frutescens samples collected fromGuizhou were analyzed by indoor quality determination and field test to provide a reference for screening ofP .frutescens materials with high oil and linolenic acid content.The results showed that:1)The oilcontent and average oil content of 30 P .frutescens samples is 34.136% ~ 49.151% and 42.496%separately.There are 6 samples with over 46% oil content and the oil content of Zhengan P .frutescenssample is 49.15% (the highest),followed by Zhijin P .frutescens sample (48.76%);2)The unsaturatedfatty acid and average unsaturated fatty acid content is 86.636% ~ 91.459% and 89.055%,and thesaturated fatty acid and average saturated fatty acid content is 8.391% ~ 10.479% and 9.149%respectively.The average content ofα-linolenic acid,oleic acid and stearic acid is 64.153%,14.023%and2.247% respectively;3)Guiding sample and Zhengan sample has the maximum and minimumα-linolenicacid content,Zhengan sample and Liupanshui sample has the maximum and minimum linoleic acid contentand Suiyang sample and Guiding sample has the maximum and minimum oleic acid content respectively.
