合成了3个新的2-(4-羟苯基)咪唑并[4,5-f]1,10-邻菲罗啉衍生物,通过红外光谱、质谱、1 HNMR、元素分析等对其结构进行了表征,并测定了其紫外和荧光光谱性质及生物活性。结果表明:3个化合物均具有较强的荧光和较大的斯托克斯位移,对双链DNA(AT、GC)和 G-四链体DNA(Hum24)均有一定的相互作用;DNA的加入能使3个化合物的荧光发生猝灭,其中荧光猝灭程度与双链DNA(AT、GC)的浓度呈线性关系。据此可将这3个化合物开发用作荧光猝灭探针以检测双链DNA(AT、GC)的浓度。
閤成瞭3箇新的2-(4-羥苯基)咪唑併[4,5-f]1,10-鄰菲囉啉衍生物,通過紅外光譜、質譜、1 HNMR、元素分析等對其結構進行瞭錶徵,併測定瞭其紫外和熒光光譜性質及生物活性。結果錶明:3箇化閤物均具有較彊的熒光和較大的斯託剋斯位移,對雙鏈DNA(AT、GC)和 G-四鏈體DNA(Hum24)均有一定的相互作用;DNA的加入能使3箇化閤物的熒光髮生猝滅,其中熒光猝滅程度與雙鏈DNA(AT、GC)的濃度呈線性關繫。據此可將這3箇化閤物開髮用作熒光猝滅探針以檢測雙鏈DNA(AT、GC)的濃度。

Three novel 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)imidazo[4,5-f]1,10-phenanthroline derivatives were synthe-sized and their structures were confirmed by IR,MS,1 HNMR and elemental analysis.The UV and fluorescence spectral properties and bioactivities of three compounds were studied.The results showed that three compounds had strong fluorescence with large Stokes shift and could interact with the double-stranded DNA(AT,GC)and the G-quadruplex DNA(Hum24).The fluorescence quenching were detected when the DNAs had been added in-to the solution of three compounds.The fluorescence quenching intensity was linear with the concentration of double-stranded DNA(AT,GC).So,three compounds could be used to detect the concentration of double-stran-ded DNA(AT,GC)as fluorescence quenching probe.
