壳聚糖作为絮凝剂单独用于印染废水的处理效果不明显。研究了在H 2O 2存在下壳聚糖对不同染料模拟废水的处理效果,发现对于所述的5种染料,其处理效果都较好。以孔雀石绿模拟废水为例,研究了壳聚糖和H 2O 2的投加量、pH、脱色时间、温度等对处理效果的影响。结果表明,当m(H2O2)∶m(壳聚糖)为1.91∶1,pH为7,脱色时间为1 h,温度为40℃时,处理效果最佳,脱色率达到99%以上。

각취당작위서응제단독용우인염폐수적처리효과불명현。연구료재H 2O 2존재하각취당대불동염료모의폐수적처리효과,발현대우소술적5충염료,기처리효과도교호。이공작석록모의폐수위례,연구료각취당화H 2O 2적투가량、pH、탈색시간、온도등대처리효과적영향。결과표명,당m(H2O2)∶m(각취당)위1.91∶1,pH위7,탈색시간위1 h,온도위40℃시,처리효과최가,탈색솔체도99%이상。
The treatment effectiveness of chitosan,as flocculant,used for the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater is not remarkable. The treatment effect of chitosan in presence of H2O2 on different kinds of simulated dyeing wastewater has been studied. It is found that all of the five kinds of dyes stated have good treatment results. Taking simulated malachite wastewater as example,the effects of the dosages of chitosan and H2O2,pH,decoloration time,temperature,etc. on the treatment effectiveness are studied. The results show that when m(H2O2)∶m(Chitosan) is 1.91∶1,pH 7,decoloration time 1 h,and temperature 40℃,the treatment efficiency is the highest,the decoloration rate can be above 99%.
