为促进农民专业合作社成员利益的科学合理分配，从成员的贡献、投入成本、所承担风险三方面综合考虑，采用加权算法，构建了改进的 Shapley 值法，并比较了其与传统的 Shapley 值法和仅考虑合作社成员承担风险和投入成本的利益分配方法的理论应用结果。结果表明：改进后的 Shapley 值法综合平衡了成员的贡献、投入成本与所承担风险对利益分配的影响，在合作社成员的利益分配上更为公平合理，既能避免合作社成员的“搭便车”行为，也能较好地激发成员参与合作社事务的积极性，有利于合作社的稳定与持续发展。
為促進農民專業閤作社成員利益的科學閤理分配，從成員的貢獻、投入成本、所承擔風險三方麵綜閤攷慮，採用加權算法，構建瞭改進的 Shapley 值法，併比較瞭其與傳統的 Shapley 值法和僅攷慮閤作社成員承擔風險和投入成本的利益分配方法的理論應用結果。結果錶明：改進後的 Shapley 值法綜閤平衡瞭成員的貢獻、投入成本與所承擔風險對利益分配的影響，在閤作社成員的利益分配上更為公平閤理，既能避免閤作社成員的“搭便車”行為，也能較好地激髮成員參與閤作社事務的積極性，有利于閤作社的穩定與持續髮展。

The modified Shapley value method was built by using weighting algorithm from three aspects of contribution,input cost and risk-taking degree to promote benefit distribution among members of farmers’specialized cooperative scientifically and rationally,and the theoretical application results was analyzed by comparing with the traditional Shapley value method and distribution method based on risk-taking degree and input cost of farmers’specialized cooperative members.The results showed that the modified Shapley value method can balance the effect of contribution,input cost and risk-taking degree on benefit distribution comprehensively,which can avoid the “free rider”behavior,stimulate enthusiasm of members involving cooperative affairs and promote stable and sustainable development of farmers ’ specialized cooperative.
