为了解 Pb、Zn 及其复合污染对红麻产量和吸收 Pb、Zn 的影响,采用盆栽试验设定不同浓度的 Zn2+、Pb2+浓度处理,研究 Pb、Zn 单一处理及复合处理下红麻的干物质量、Pb 和 Zn 含量。结果表明:除100 mg/kg Zn 单一处理下红麻的根、茎、叶和总干重高于对照外,其余处理均低于对照。Pb 促进红麻叶片、根系对 Zn 的吸收;当 Zn 为100 mg/kg 时,Pb 抑制红麻茎对 Zn 的吸收;Zn≥500 mg/kg 时,Pb 促进茎吸收Zn。红麻叶片、根系中的 Pb 含量随 Zn 浓度的增加呈先增后降的趋势;茎秆中的 Pb 含量则随 Zn 浓度的增加而降低。Pb 单一处理抑制红麻生长发育,产量下降;Pb、Zn 同时存在时,Zn 抑制茎对 Pb 的吸收,而 Pb 促进茎对 Zn 的吸收,表明 Pb 和 Zn 存在互作关系。
為瞭解 Pb、Zn 及其複閤汙染對紅痳產量和吸收 Pb、Zn 的影響,採用盆栽試驗設定不同濃度的 Zn2+、Pb2+濃度處理,研究 Pb、Zn 單一處理及複閤處理下紅痳的榦物質量、Pb 和 Zn 含量。結果錶明:除100 mg/kg Zn 單一處理下紅痳的根、莖、葉和總榦重高于對照外,其餘處理均低于對照。Pb 促進紅痳葉片、根繫對 Zn 的吸收;噹 Zn 為100 mg/kg 時,Pb 抑製紅痳莖對 Zn 的吸收;Zn≥500 mg/kg 時,Pb 促進莖吸收Zn。紅痳葉片、根繫中的 Pb 含量隨 Zn 濃度的增加呈先增後降的趨勢;莖稈中的 Pb 含量則隨 Zn 濃度的增加而降低。Pb 單一處理抑製紅痳生長髮育,產量下降;Pb、Zn 同時存在時,Zn 抑製莖對 Pb 的吸收,而 Pb 促進莖對 Zn 的吸收,錶明 Pb 和 Zn 存在互作關繫。
위료해 Pb、Zn 급기복합오염대홍마산량화흡수 Pb、Zn 적영향,채용분재시험설정불동농도적 Zn2+、Pb2+농도처리,연구 Pb、Zn 단일처리급복합처리하홍마적간물질량、Pb 화 Zn 함량。결과표명:제100 mg/kg Zn 단일처리하홍마적근、경、협화총간중고우대조외,기여처리균저우대조。Pb 촉진홍마협편、근계대 Zn 적흡수;당 Zn 위100 mg/kg 시,Pb 억제홍마경대 Zn 적흡수;Zn≥500 mg/kg 시,Pb 촉진경흡수Zn。홍마협편、근계중적 Pb 함량수 Zn 농도적증가정선증후강적추세;경간중적 Pb 함량칙수 Zn 농도적증가이강저。Pb 단일처리억제홍마생장발육,산량하강;Pb、Zn 동시존재시,Zn 억제경대 Pb 적흡수,이 Pb 촉진경대 Zn 적흡수,표명 Pb 화 Zn 존재호작관계。
In order to understand the effects of lead,zinc and their complex pollution on kenaf production and absorption of Pb and Zn, a pot experiment was carried out by adding different concentrations of Zn and Pb.The results showed that,all the dry weight were lower than the control treatment except 100 mg/kg zinc single treatment.Adding lead promoted the leaves and roots to absorb zinc.When zinc= 100 mg/kg,adding lead inhibited stems absorbing zinc.While zinc≥ 500 mg/kg,the zinc content in the stem was promoted by lead adding.The content of lead in leaves and roots first increased and then decreased as the concentration of zinc increasing,the content of lead in the stem decreased with the increasing of zinc.Lead inhibited the growth of kenaf and decreased yield,the presence of Pb and Zn at the same time,the uptake and accumulation of Pb in stems were reduced by increasing the concenteations of Zn,while the uptake and accumulation of Zn in stems were enhanced by increasing the concenteations of Pb,proved that there were interactions between the two heavy metals.
