为了解贵妃鸡血液生化指标及其与体尺性状、屠宰性能间的相关关系,随机选取12只(公母各半)14周龄贵妃鸡测定血液生化指标、体尺性状及屠宰性能并进行相关性分析。结果表明:14周龄贵妃鸡的平均体重为983.00 g,谷氨酰基转移酶与谷丙转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶与总胆固醇、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶与乳酸脱氢酶、碱性磷酸酶与胫围、葡萄糖与体斜长、葡萄糖与胸肌重间均呈极显著正相关(P <0.01),肌酸激酶与碱性磷酸酶、乳酸脱氢酶与胆碱酯酶、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶与总胆固醇、胆碱酯酶与胫围间均呈显著正相关(P <0.05),甘油三酯与龙骨长呈极显著负相关(P <0.01),葡萄糖与谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶与体斜长、谷草转氨酶与胸肌重、谷氨酰基转移酶与体斜长间均呈显著负相关(P <0.05),可将这些生化指标作为遗传标记以预测贵妃鸡的生产性能,进行贵妃鸡的早期选育。
為瞭解貴妃鷄血液生化指標及其與體呎性狀、屠宰性能間的相關關繫,隨機選取12隻(公母各半)14週齡貴妃鷄測定血液生化指標、體呎性狀及屠宰性能併進行相關性分析。結果錶明:14週齡貴妃鷄的平均體重為983.00 g,穀氨酰基轉移酶與穀丙轉氨酶、乳痠脫氫酶與總膽固醇、α-羥丁痠脫氫酶與乳痠脫氫酶、堿性燐痠酶與脛圍、葡萄糖與體斜長、葡萄糖與胸肌重間均呈極顯著正相關(P <0.01),肌痠激酶與堿性燐痠酶、乳痠脫氫酶與膽堿酯酶、α-羥丁痠脫氫酶與總膽固醇、膽堿酯酶與脛圍間均呈顯著正相關(P <0.05),甘油三酯與龍骨長呈極顯著負相關(P <0.01),葡萄糖與穀草轉氨酶、穀丙轉氨酶與體斜長、穀草轉氨酶與胸肌重、穀氨酰基轉移酶與體斜長間均呈顯著負相關(P <0.05),可將這些生化指標作為遺傳標記以預測貴妃鷄的生產性能,進行貴妃鷄的早期選育。
위료해귀비계혈액생화지표급기여체척성상、도재성능간적상관관계,수궤선취12지(공모각반)14주령귀비계측정혈액생화지표、체척성상급도재성능병진행상관성분석。결과표명:14주령귀비계적평균체중위983.00 g,곡안선기전이매여곡병전안매、유산탈경매여총담고순、α-간정산탈경매여유산탈경매、감성린산매여경위、포도당여체사장、포도당여흉기중간균정겁현저정상관(P <0.01),기산격매여감성린산매、유산탈경매여담감지매、α-간정산탈경매여총담고순、담감지매여경위간균정현저정상관(P <0.05),감유삼지여용골장정겁현저부상관(P <0.01),포도당여곡초전안매、곡병전안매여체사장、곡초전안매여흉기중、곡안선기전이매여체사장간균정현저부상관(P <0.05),가장저사생화지표작위유전표기이예측귀비계적생산성능,진행귀비계적조기선육。
In order to understand the correlation,12 head of 14-week-old rare concubine chicken (6 male and 6 female)were randomly selected to measure the blood biochemical indexes,body size,and slaughter performance.The results showed that the average weight was 983.00g.There were highly significant positive correlation among γ-GT and ALT,LDH-L and CHOL,α-HBDH and LDH-L,ALP and shank girth,GLU and body length,GLU and breast muscle weight.And there were significantly positive correlation among CK and ALP, LDH-L and CHE,α-HBDH and CHOL,CHE and tibial circumference.While highly significant negative correlation showed between TG and keel length,and significant negative correlation showed among GLU and AST,ALT and body length,AST and breast muscle weight,γ-GT and body length.It could be concluded that all the biochemical indexes be used as genetic markers for productivity prediction and early stage breeding for concubine chicken.
