为探明褐环粘盖牛肝菌调节高盐的培养机理,通过设置不同 pH 培养条件,研究了盐胁迫对褐环粘盖牛肝菌(sp9)质膜 ATPase 活性的影响。结果表明:在初始 pH4~6.5条件下,添加100 mmol/L NaCl 组菌丝细胞质膜的 H+-ATPase、K+-ATPase 和 Ca2+-ATPase 活性都较对照组有一定程度的升高,培养基 pH 比对照组下降幅度大,且在初始 pH5.5~6.5时其活性变化更明显。一定浓度的 NaCl,会对不同pH 培养的褐环粘盖牛肝菌生长代谢产生影响,且会通过 H+-ATPase、K+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase、载体和各种离子通道蛋白协调启动自身调节机制,以缓解外界对其造成伤害。

위탐명갈배점개우간균조절고염적배양궤리,통과설치불동 pH 배양조건,연구료염협박대갈배점개우간균(sp9)질막 ATPase 활성적영향。결과표명:재초시 pH4~6.5조건하,첨가100 mmol/L NaCl 조균사세포질막적 H+-ATPase、K+-ATPase 화 Ca2+-ATPase 활성도교대조조유일정정도적승고,배양기 pH 비대조조하강폭도대,차재초시 pH5.5~6.5시기활성변화경명현。일정농도적 NaCl,회대불동pH 배양적갈배점개우간균생장대사산생영향,차회통과 H+-ATPase、K+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase、재체화각충리자통도단백협조계동자신조절궤제,이완해외계대기조성상해。
The ATPase activity of plasma membrane of Suillus luteus was determined under different NaCl stress to study the effect of different NaCl stress on ATPase activity of plasma membrane of Suillus luteus.The results showed that H+-ATPase,K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase activity of mycelium plasma membrane of Suillus luteus cultured on the medium with adding 100mmol/L NaCl is higher than CK under initial pH 4 ~ 6.5 to some degree,and pH of the medium with adding NaCl significantly decreases compared with CK,especially change of the ATPase activity is obvious under initial pH 5.5~6.5.Certain NaCl concentration has the effect on growth and metabolism of Suillus luteus cultured on media with different pH but the damage from the environment can be alleviated by the autogenous regulation mechanism started by coordination of H+-ATPase,K+-ATPase,Ca2+-ATPase,vectors and different ion channel protein.
