红树林放线菌具有极其丰富的多样性以及独特的代谢途径,其代谢产物结构新颖、生物活性显著,已成为抗菌、抗肿瘤、酶活性及酶的抑制剂等新药开发的重要来源。从红树林放线菌的生物多样性、代谢产物及其生物活性等方面对红树林放线菌的研究现状进行综述。
紅樹林放線菌具有極其豐富的多樣性以及獨特的代謝途徑,其代謝產物結構新穎、生物活性顯著,已成為抗菌、抗腫瘤、酶活性及酶的抑製劑等新藥開髮的重要來源。從紅樹林放線菌的生物多樣性、代謝產物及其生物活性等方麵對紅樹林放線菌的研究現狀進行綜述。

Because actinomycetes isolated from mangrove soils is of abundant biodiversity and unique metabolic pathway, its metabolites with novelty structure and significant biological activity is the important sources of some new medicines with anti-microbico, anti-tumour, enzymatic activity and enzymatic inhibitor.The research progress in actinomycetes isolated from mangrove soils is reviewed from three aspects of its biodiversity,metabolites and biological activity in the paper.
