为 z-15在植物病害防治上的应用提供参考,采用平板对峙法、发酵液抑菌法和抑制孢子萌发法测定嗜铁真菌 z-15对4种病原菌的影响。结果表明,z-15对4种病原菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,平板拮抗试验中,除西瓜枯萎病菌以外,对另3种病原菌的抑制率均超过20%,其发酵液对小麦根腐病菌(Bipo-laris sorokiniana )的生长抑制效果较为显著,最高抑制率达50.9%;对西瓜枯萎病菌和水稻恶苗病菌孢子萌发亦有较好的抑制作用。

위 z-15재식물병해방치상적응용제공삼고,채용평판대치법、발효액억균법화억제포자맹발법측정기철진균 z-15대4충병원균적영향。결과표명,z-15대4충병원균균유불동정도적억제작용,평판길항시험중,제서과고위병균이외,대령3충병원균적억제솔균초과20%,기발효액대소맥근부병균(Bipo-laris sorokiniana )적생장억제효과교위현저,최고억제솔체50.9%;대서과고위병균화수도악묘병균포자맹발역유교호적억제작용。
The inhibition effect of Talaromyces flavu Z-15 (siderophilic fungi)against Colletotrichum gloeosporioides,Fusarium.oxysporum,Fusarium moniliforme and Bipolaris sorokiniana was determined by Petri dish method,fermented liquid antibacterial method and inhibiting spore germination method.The results showed that Talaromyces flavu Z-15 has the inhibition effect against four pathogenic fungi to varying degrees.The inhibition rate against Colletotrichum gloeosporioides ,Fusarium moniliforme and Bipolaris sorokiniana is over 20% in Petri dish test.The inhibition rate of the fermentation liquor against growth of Bipolaris sorokiniana can reach 50.9%,and the inhibition rate of the fermentation liquor against spore germination of Fusarium. oxysporum, Fusarium moniliforme and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides is 100%,98.3% and 81.2% separately.
