为贵州钩藤药材合理布局与生产管理提供依据,采用高效液相色谱法测定了贵州12个县(市、区)人工栽培、野生抚育、野生方式生产的22个钩藤样品中钩藤碱和异钩藤碱的含量。结果显示:22个样品中钩藤碱含量为0.017%~0.051%,平均为0.031%,变异系数为0.32,其中剑河县革东镇人工栽培钩藤钩藤碱含量最高;异钩藤碱含量为0.002%~0.026%,平均为0.011%,变异系数为0.54,其中榕江县三江乡人工栽培钩藤异钩藤碱含量最高;钩藤碱和异钩藤碱的总含量为0.025%~0.063%,平均为0.042%,变异系数为0.25,且栽培钩藤>野生抚育钩藤>野生钩藤。说明不同产地钩藤中钩藤碱和异钩藤碱的含量差异较大,贵州发展钩藤药材应优先选择钩藤碱和异钩藤碱含量相对高的区域。
為貴州鉤籐藥材閤理佈跼與生產管理提供依據,採用高效液相色譜法測定瞭貴州12箇縣(市、區)人工栽培、野生撫育、野生方式生產的22箇鉤籐樣品中鉤籐堿和異鉤籐堿的含量。結果顯示:22箇樣品中鉤籐堿含量為0.017%~0.051%,平均為0.031%,變異繫數為0.32,其中劍河縣革東鎮人工栽培鉤籐鉤籐堿含量最高;異鉤籐堿含量為0.002%~0.026%,平均為0.011%,變異繫數為0.54,其中榕江縣三江鄉人工栽培鉤籐異鉤籐堿含量最高;鉤籐堿和異鉤籐堿的總含量為0.025%~0.063%,平均為0.042%,變異繫數為0.25,且栽培鉤籐>野生撫育鉤籐>野生鉤籐。說明不同產地鉤籐中鉤籐堿和異鉤籐堿的含量差異較大,貴州髮展鉤籐藥材應優先選擇鉤籐堿和異鉤籐堿含量相對高的區域。

The rhynchophylline and isorhynchophylline content of 22 U .rhynchophylla samples produced from 12 Counties (City)under artificial cultivation pattern,wild nursery pattern and wild pattern was detected by HPLC to provide the basis for rational distribution and productive management of U . rhynchophylla in Guizhou.The results showed that: 1 ) The rhynchophylline content of 22 U . rhynchophylla samples is 0.017% ~ 0.051%,its average content with 0.32 variation coefficient is 0.031%,and the rhynchophylline content of the U .rhynchophylla sample from Gedong town,Jianhe County under the artificial cultivation pattern reaches the highest (0051%);2)The isorhynchophylline content of 22 U .rhynchophylla samples is 0.002% ~ 0.026%,its average content with 0.54 variation coefficient is 0.011%,and the isorhynchophylline content of the Uncaria Rhynchophylla sample under the artificial cultivation pattern from Sanjiang Village,Rongjiang County is up to 0.026% (the highest);3) total rhynchophylline and isorhynchophylline content of 22 U .rhynchophylla samples is 0.025% ~0.063%,its average content with 0.25 variation coefficient is 0.042%,and total rhynchophylline and isorhynchophylline content of U .rhynchophylla samples produced under different productive patterns is artificial cultivation pattern >wild nursery pattern >wild pattern.In conclusion,because there is obvious difference in rhynchophylline and isorhynchophylline content of U .rhynchophylla among different producing areas, the producing areas of U . rhynchophylla with higher rhynchophylline and isorhynchophylline content should be first selected as the productive bases for U . rhynchophylla cultivation.
