为探明贵定当地茶种鸟王种与引进福鼎种茶叶中的化学成分差异,进一步提升鸟王种茶叶品质,选取种植在同一自然条件、不同茶叶等级、不同采摘时期的贵定鸟王种,以福鼎茶为对照,利用高效液相法测定两种茶叶中的氨基酸、咖啡因和儿茶素类含量,并分析其茶叶品质指标特征及差异。结果表明:两种茶叶中茶氨酸含量均显示出秋茶>春茶>夏茶的规律;鸟王种无论是嫩叶还是老叶,儿茶素没食子酸的含量均高于同等级福鼎种的含量,没食子儿茶素没食子酸、表没食子儿茶素和表儿茶素3种化合物(酯型儿茶素类)之和在鸟王种嫩叶、老叶和福鼎种嫩叶、老叶中的总含量分别为3430.16μg/g、2085.75μg/g和2964.10μg/g、1689.34μg/g,鸟王种儿茶素类(酯型儿茶素类)含量高于福鼎种;微量元素和氨基酸等没有明显差异。
為探明貴定噹地茶種鳥王種與引進福鼎種茶葉中的化學成分差異,進一步提升鳥王種茶葉品質,選取種植在同一自然條件、不同茶葉等級、不同採摘時期的貴定鳥王種,以福鼎茶為對照,利用高效液相法測定兩種茶葉中的氨基痠、咖啡因和兒茶素類含量,併分析其茶葉品質指標特徵及差異。結果錶明:兩種茶葉中茶氨痠含量均顯示齣鞦茶>春茶>夏茶的規律;鳥王種無論是嫩葉還是老葉,兒茶素沒食子痠的含量均高于同等級福鼎種的含量,沒食子兒茶素沒食子痠、錶沒食子兒茶素和錶兒茶素3種化閤物(酯型兒茶素類)之和在鳥王種嫩葉、老葉和福鼎種嫩葉、老葉中的總含量分彆為3430.16μg/g、2085.75μg/g和2964.10μg/g、1689.34μg/g,鳥王種兒茶素類(酯型兒茶素類)含量高于福鼎種;微量元素和氨基痠等沒有明顯差異。

The amino acid,caffeine and catechin content of Niaowang tea and Fuding tea with different grade at different picking stage under the same natural condition was determined by HPLC and difference in main chemical components between two teas was analyzed to further improve quality of Niaowang tea. The results showed that the theanine content in two teas is Autumn tea Spring tea Summer tea and content of catechinic gallic acid in young and adult leaves of Niaowang tea is higher than Fuding tea with the same grade.Total content of gallocatechinic gallic acid,epigallocatechin and epicatechin in young and adult leaves of Niaowang tea and Fuding tea is 3 430.16 μg/g,2 085.75 μg/g,2 964.10μg/g and 1 689.34 μg/g respectively.The catechins content of Niaoang tea is higher than Fuding tea but there is no significant difference in microelements and amino acid between Niaowang tea and Fuding tea.
