为给稀土元素农用拓展及环境污染防治提供依据,以永良四号小麦幼苗为材料,采用模拟盐害的方法,探索了盐胁迫下铈的不同施用方式产生的生态效应。结果表明:随着盐浓度的增加,小麦幼苗MDA 含量明显上升,POD 活性先上升后下降。盐胁迫前24 h 用30 mg/L 铈采用叶面施肥、根部施肥的方式处理后,MDA 的积累和相对电导率均显著下降,POD 活性在各个时间段也都有明显上升。稀土铈的不同施用方式都能诱导小麦幼苗对盐胁迫产生抗性,减轻盐胁迫对小麦幼苗的伤害,叶面喷施效果更显著。

The effect of different Ce3 + application patterns on antioxidant ability of wheat seedlings under salt stress was studied by the simulation method to provide the scientific basis for farm-oriented utilization of rare earth elements and control of environmental pollution.The results showed that MDA content of wheat seedlings rises significantly but the POD activity presents a first rising and then decline trend with increase of salt concentration.The MDA accumulation speed and relative electrical conductivity of wheat seedlings sprayed with 30mg/L Ce3 + by different spraying patterns at 24h before salt stress decrease significantly and the POD activity rises at different time periods obviously.Two Ce3 + application patterns both can induce the resistance of wheat seedlings to salt stress to alleviate damage degree of wheat seedlings caused by salt environment but the effect of the foliage spray pattern is better than the root application.
