为了对川贝母(Fritillaria cirrhosa D.Don)的规范化栽培提供试验数据支撑,以青藏高原高山草甸区川贝母树儿子和灯笼花期植株为材料,设置荫蔽度、棚高和遮阴网颜色3个因素,每个因素设置3个水平,以不遮阴为对照,研究不同遮阴条件对川贝母光合特性的影响。结果表明:遮阴导致川贝母树儿子期植株净光合速率降低,光量子效率和蒸腾速率提高,对其气孔导度、胞间二氧化碳浓度的影响不显著;遮阴显著降低了川贝母灯笼花期植株净光合速率、胞间二氧化碳浓度、蒸腾速率,显著增强了其植株的气孔导度和光量子效率。结论:遮阴不利于青藏高原地区栽培3年生及以上的川贝母植株净光合速率的提高及其物质的积累,不采用遮阴措施栽培川贝母更经济和环保。

위료대천패모(Fritillaria cirrhosa D.Don)적규범화재배제공시험수거지탱,이청장고원고산초전구천패모수인자화등롱화기식주위재료,설치음폐도、붕고화차음망안색3개인소,매개인소설치3개수평,이불차음위대조,연구불동차음조건대천패모광합특성적영향。결과표명:차음도치천패모수인자기식주정광합속솔강저,광양자효솔화증등속솔제고,대기기공도도、포간이양화탄농도적영향불현저;차음현저강저료천패모등롱화기식주정광합속솔、포간이양화탄농도、증등속솔,현저증강료기식주적기공도도화광양자효솔。결론:차음불리우청장고원지구재배3년생급이상적천패모식주정광합속솔적제고급기물질적적루,불채용차음조시재배천패모경경제화배보。
F.cirrhosa plants without flowering and with flowering and fruit-bearing from alpine meadow of Tibet Plateau were cultivated under different shading condition to study the effect on photosynthetic characteristics of F.cirrhosa and to provide a reference for standardization cultivation of F. cirrhosa.The results showed that shading can decrease net photosynthetic rate, increase quantum efficiency and transpiration rate,and has no significant effects on stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration of F.cirrhosa plants without flowering,but shading decreases net photosynthetic rate, intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate and increases stomatal conductance and quantum efficiency of F.cirrhosa plants with flowering and fruit-bearing significantly.In conclusion,shading is not conductive to increase net photosynthetic rate and dry matter accumulation of F.cirrhosa plants with 3-year and over 3-year old in Tibet Plateau.
