为探讨防龋转基因生菜的生态安全性，采用转基因生菜作为花粉供体，四周种植非转基因生菜（对照组）为花粉受体，在种子成熟期，距离转基因生菜植株边缘8个方向的不同距离（0．5 m，1 m，3 m，4 m）处收集非转基因生菜种子于实验室培养后，采用 PCR 技术对非转基因生菜子代植株进行外源目的基因 gtfB-ctxB 检测。结果表明：距转基因生菜的不同方向、不同距离的部分非转基因生菜子代植株中检测到外源目的基因。基因漂移频率随距离的增加而呈明显递减趋势，在距中心0．5 m 处漂移频率最大为25％，距中心4 m 处最小为0。风是影响基因漂移频率的主要气候因素，顺风方向漂移频率约为逆风方向的2．25倍。说明，转基因生菜中外源目的基因可通过花粉漂移至周边非转基因生菜植株中，风向可能是影响外源目的基因漂移的主要因素。

Non-transgenic lettuce plants (pollen recept)were cultivated around transgenic lettuce plants (pollen donor),then non-transgenic lettuce seeds were collected from eight different direction with different distance (0.5 m,1.0 m,3 m and 4 m)near transgenic lettuce plants,and finally the exogenous target gene gtfB-ctxB can be detected in some non-transgenic lettuce plants with different direction and distance near transgenic lettuce plants,and the maximum gene flow frequency of transgenic lettuce at 0.5 m away from the center location is 25% and the minimum gene flow frequency of transgenic lettuce at 4 m away from the center location is 0,which indicates that the gene flow frequency shows the obvious decline trend with distance increase.Wind is the main climatic factor to affect gene flow frequency,and the gene flow frequency of the downwind is 2.25 times that of the contrary wind.In conclusion,the exogenous target gene of transgenic lettuce can flow to surrounding non-transgenic lettuce plants by pollen drift and wind direction may be the main factor to affect the exogenous target gene drift.
