针对TCP流量中高比例单包流影响组流效率问题进行了研究,基于网络流特性和TCP规范提出了一种概率保证的TCP单包流过滤机制,在CERNET主干节点跨度两年的大量Traces上进行了实验。结果表明,该策略以极少的精度损失获取了大幅度的效率提升,与现有策略相比,性能和稳定性都有显著提升。

A large number of single-packet flows reduce the efficiency of flow identification.It is important to explore a filte-ring mechanism for single-packet flows so as to improve the efficiency of flow identification.This paper proposed a probability-guaranteed filtering mechanism for TCP single-packet flows based on flow characteristics and TCP protocol specifications.The results of a lot of experiments based on Traces collected from a main channel in the CERNET and spanned two years show this mechanism can improve the efficiency of flow identification substantially at the cost of little loss of accuracy.Relative to the ex-isting filtering strategies,this mechanism improves the performance and stability greatly.
