基于计算流体动力学( CFD)技术,对木塑复合挤出机成型段温度和压力特性分析,实现对不同流变特性参数下的单螺杆挤出机木塑熔体流动和传热进行数值模拟,获得计量段和法兰处内部流场信息,分析零剪切黏度、非牛顿指数、松弛时间和木粉含量对单螺杆挤出机内部流场的影响。数值模拟结果表明:零剪切黏度对计量段压力和法兰处压力影响较大,对剪切率影响较小;而非牛顿指数对计量段压力影响较大,对法兰处压力和剪切率影响较小;同时得到黏度随非牛顿指数的增大而增大。
基于計算流體動力學( CFD)技術,對木塑複閤擠齣機成型段溫度和壓力特性分析,實現對不同流變特性參數下的單螺桿擠齣機木塑鎔體流動和傳熱進行數值模擬,穫得計量段和法蘭處內部流場信息,分析零剪切黏度、非牛頓指數、鬆弛時間和木粉含量對單螺桿擠齣機內部流場的影響。數值模擬結果錶明:零剪切黏度對計量段壓力和法蘭處壓力影響較大,對剪切率影響較小;而非牛頓指數對計量段壓力影響較大,對法蘭處壓力和剪切率影響較小;同時得到黏度隨非牛頓指數的增大而增大。
기우계산류체동역학( CFD)기술,대목소복합제출궤성형단온도화압력특성분석,실현대불동류변특성삼수하적단라간제출궤목소용체류동화전열진행수치모의,획득계량단화법란처내부류장신식,분석령전절점도、비우돈지수、송이시간화목분함량대단라간제출궤내부류장적영향。수치모의결과표명:령전절점도대계량단압력화법란처압력영향교대,대전절솔영향교소;이비우돈지수대계량단압력영향교대,대법란처압력화전절솔영향교소;동시득도점도수비우돈지수적증대이증대。
We studied numerical simulation of wood plastic composite melt on the flow and heat transfer in single screw extruder with rheological properties for temperature and pressure of section of WPC extrusion molding and flange based on CFD technique , obtained information of flow field of molding section and flanges , and analyzed zero shear viscosity , non-Newto-nian index, free slack, and the effect of wood content on the internal flow of single screw .The results of numerical simula-tion showed that zero shear viscosity influenced shearing rate little , influenced pressure of molding section and flange great-ly, while non-Newtonian index influenced pressure of molding section greatly , influenced pressure of flange and shear rate little.The viscosity increased with the increasing of non-Newtonian index .
