从高职教育教学特点及服务高职生未来职业的理念出发，根据高职院校不同专业技术特点，结合高校特色体育课程发展方向，研究开发符合高职生未来岗位需求的职业实用性特色体育课程。建议：引入攀岩、啦啦操、素质拓展训练、跆拳道等课程针对性的服务相应专业学生，以期提高学生的职业体能及社会适应能力；引入客家体育项目，以传承民族体育文化及丰富本校地域性特色课程体系，增强学生民族自豪感。

From the concept which services the higher vocational students’ future occupation, and according to the different professional and technical characteristics, this paper combined with the characteristics of college sports curriculum development, and researched and developed the practicality characteristic sports course which fits the future requirements of higher vocational students occupation.It suggests that the introduction of rock climbing, cheerleading, outward bound, taekwondo courses which targeted to services the students who need them, in order to improve the ability to adapt to the society.Introducing native sports project, it not only inherits the national sports culture and enriches the regional characteristic curriculum system, and enhances their sense of national pride.
