当今时代已经进入大科学时代,在大科学时代科研项目一般具有多学科交叉、高额投资、众多组织参与等特征,对科研项目的管理是一个复杂的系统工程。应用模块化理论将大型科研项目进行模块化分解,将模块转化为项目活动,建立项目式集成管理模式,达到降低项目复杂度,便于利用数学规划等技术达到进度优化的目的;在此基础上构建科研项目进度管理优化模型,对科研项目进度管理提供有效的参考使用方法。

Today's society has entered the era of big science.In the era of big science,research project generally has the characteristics of intercross of multi -subjects,high investment,multi -organizations involvement,and so on.It is the most complicated engineering system of managing the research project in the era.Based on the theory of modularity,this paper makes a modular decomposition to the large-scale research project,takes the modules as the project activities,and establishes the project integrated management model.It can effectively reduce the complexity of project and facilitate sched-uling optimization by using mathematical programming tools.On this basis,this paper builds a model to optimize the project schedule.It can provide an effective method for research project scheduling management.
