通过构建科普资源建设水平的评价指标体系,采用全局主成分分析方法,以全国31个省(市)区为样本空间,对其2006-2011年的科普资源建设水平进行分析评价。研究结果表明,近年来,我国各省域科普资源建设水平都有一定程度的提升,但省域间仍存在较大差异和差距,发展不均衡的态势依然存在。同时,立足我国各省域科普资源建设水平的数据分析和存在问题,提出加快我国科普事业发展和促进科普资源建设水平提升的建议。

By constructing the evaluation index system for the level of science popularization resources,and adopting the Generalization Principal Components Analysis (GPCA),the paper analyzes and evaluates the construction level of science popularization resources from 2006 to 201 1 ,with the 31 provinces,cities and autonomous regions in China as the sample space. The results prove that in recent years,China has witnessed the upgrade of construction level of science populariza-tion resources in each province,but considerable disparities and unbalanced development still exist among them. Mean-while,based on the data analysis and existing problems of the construction level of science popularization resources,the pa-per proposes suggestions to accelerate the development of science popularization and promote the construction level of sci-ence popularization resources.
