选取9份青菜商品种，对其在自然高温条件下的耐热性进行比较，通过产量、亚硝酸盐含量等指标的测定及耐热性比较，综合考虑，正大青秀F1、青冠、三伏，3个品种的耐热性好，产量较高，且亚硝酸盐含量较低，是适用于夏季高温季节栽培的优质、耐热青菜品种材料。
선취9빈청채상품충，대기재자연고온조건하적내열성진행비교，통과산량、아초산염함량등지표적측정급내열성비교，종합고필，정대청수F1、청관、삼복，3개품충적내열성호，산량교고，차아초산염함량교저，시괄용우하계고온계절재배적우질、내열청채품충재료。
In this paper, under high temperature stress in nature, the heat resistance of nine pakchoi cultivars were evaluated, and their yield and content of nitrite were measured as well. After comprehensive consideration of these three indexes, three pakchoi cultivars which were Zhengdaqingxiu F1, Qingguan and Sanfu, were found to have good resistance to high temperature stress, high yield and low content of nitrite, thus these three pakchoi cultivars were suitable for summer production.
