The forestry-enterprise culture refers to the collections of goals, values and actions which is estab-lished and abided by all the staff of forestry enterprise. We first assessed the present conditions of forestry-enterprise culture of Limushan Natural Reserve. Then we put forward some suggestions on how to achieve a rapid developments in unique forest tourism in Limushan Natural Reserve by carrying forward a spirit of hard work, as well as by creatively reconstructing a modern forestry-enterprise culture on the basis of the developments of the international tourism island of Hainan Province.
