为了加快降香黄檀心材形成的速度,采用乙烯利诱导降香黄檀形成心材,水蒸气蒸馏法提取心材的挥发油,利用GC-MS对提取的挥发油进行化学成分分析。结果表明:从挥发油中,鉴别出8种化学成分,含量最高的是橙花叔醇(39.06%)。说明乙烯利诱导能够促进降香黄檀心材形成,是一种值得深入研究和推广使用的方法。
為瞭加快降香黃檀心材形成的速度,採用乙烯利誘導降香黃檀形成心材,水蒸氣蒸餾法提取心材的揮髮油,利用GC-MS對提取的揮髮油進行化學成分分析。結果錶明:從揮髮油中,鑒彆齣8種化學成分,含量最高的是橙花叔醇(39.06%)。說明乙烯利誘導能夠促進降香黃檀心材形成,是一種值得深入研究和推廣使用的方法。

To analyze the chemical compositions of essential oils extacted from aromatic heartwood in Dalbergia odorifera T. Chen by ethephon stimulation. The essential oils of Dalbergia odorifera were extracted by steam distillation extraction. The chemical components were separated and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The results indicated 8 compounds were identified in essential oils. The major components from essential oils were nerolidol ( 39.06%) . Ethephon stimulation can accelerate the heartwood formation of Dalbergia odorifera T. Chen , which is a method of worth exploring and promoting.
