目的：评价输尿管镜在儿童腹股沟斜疝手术治疗中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2008年3月至2012年12月，河北省滦县人民医院应用输尿管镜经脐单孔完全腹膜外疝囊高位结扎术治疗儿童腹股沟斜疝206例的临床资料。结果单侧疝手术时间5～15 min，平均10 min；双侧疝手术时间10～20 min，平均15 min。术中出血2～4 ml，切口无需缝合。术中发现对侧鞘状突未闭31例（15．0）％。术后1～2 d出院。结论输尿管镜下经脐单孔完全腹膜外疝囊高位结扎术操作简单，安全，切口小，疼痛轻微，手术时间及住院时间短。缝合过程中疝囊可获得输尿管镜钳的夹持固定，疝囊高位完全腹膜外结扎确切，输尿管镜对于儿童腹股沟斜疝的治疗有应用价值。
목적：평개수뇨관경재인동복고구사산수술치료중적응용개치。방법회고성분석2008년3월지2012년12월，하북성란현인민의원응용수뇨관경경제단공완전복막외산낭고위결찰술치료인동복고구사산206례적림상자료。결과단측산수술시간5～15 min，평균10 min；쌍측산수술시간10～20 min，평균15 min。술중출혈2～4 ml，절구무수봉합。술중발현대측초상돌미폐31례（15．0）％。술후1～2 d출원。결론수뇨관경하경제단공완전복막외산낭고위결찰술조작간단，안전，절구소，동통경미，수술시간급주원시간단。봉합과정중산낭가획득수뇨관경겸적협지고정，산낭고위완전복막외결찰학절，수뇨관경대우인동복고구사산적치료유응용개치。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility of ureteroscope in the treatment of indirect inguinal hernia in children.Methods During March 2008 and December 201 2,Hebei Luanxian People′s Hospital were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 206 children who underwent ureteroscopic transumbilical single-port totally extraperitoneal high ligation of inguinal hernia sac.Results The operations were successful.It took 5 to 20 minutes in unilateral hernia (mean of 1 0 minutes)and 1 0 to 20 minutes in bilateral hernia (mean of 1 5 minutes).2 to 4 ml of blood loss,and the incision didn't need suture.During operations,we found hidden patent internal ring on the other side in 31 children (1 5 .0%).Postoperative hospital stay was 1 day to 2 days. Conclusions Ureteroscopic transumbilical single-porttotally extaperitoneal high ligation of inguinal hernia sac is a simple,safe,effective and reliable treatment for indirect inguinal hernia in children.Hernia sac can be clamped and fixed by the foreign body forceps,to ensure the exact totally extraperitoneal high ligation of hernia sac.Its′worthy to be used in the treatment of indirect inguinal hernia in children.
