为了研究黄花蒿青蒿素含量与腺毛状毛状体密度的关系,分别利用体视荧光显微镜和扫描电镜测定了8组青蒿素产量不同的黄花蒿的叶片腺毛状毛状体密度,同时利用HPLC法测定相应叶片黄花蒿素含量,再用SPSS软件对二者相关性进行研究.结果表明:①不同植株黄花蒿的叶片腺毛状毛状体密度不同,体式荧光显微镜和扫描电镜观测的最大值均是植株4号样,所得平均密度分别是(75.7±16.0)个/cm2和(29.4±5.9)个/cm2,说明体视荧光显微镜适合检测黄花蒿腺毛状毛状体密度,而扫描电镜观察腺毛状毛状体结构的效果更好;②黄花蒿叶片腺毛状毛状体密度与青蒿素含量的关系存在显著的线性相关,相关系数0.734,P=0.038<0.05.这再次证明了青蒿素主要在叶片的腺毛状毛状体内产生,而相关的显著性未能达到极显著水平,说明也有少量青蒿素在其它类别的细胞内产生.
為瞭研究黃花蒿青蒿素含量與腺毛狀毛狀體密度的關繫,分彆利用體視熒光顯微鏡和掃描電鏡測定瞭8組青蒿素產量不同的黃花蒿的葉片腺毛狀毛狀體密度,同時利用HPLC法測定相應葉片黃花蒿素含量,再用SPSS軟件對二者相關性進行研究.結果錶明:①不同植株黃花蒿的葉片腺毛狀毛狀體密度不同,體式熒光顯微鏡和掃描電鏡觀測的最大值均是植株4號樣,所得平均密度分彆是(75.7±16.0)箇/cm2和(29.4±5.9)箇/cm2,說明體視熒光顯微鏡適閤檢測黃花蒿腺毛狀毛狀體密度,而掃描電鏡觀察腺毛狀毛狀體結構的效果更好;②黃花蒿葉片腺毛狀毛狀體密度與青蒿素含量的關繫存在顯著的線性相關,相關繫數0.734,P=0.038<0.05.這再次證明瞭青蒿素主要在葉片的腺毛狀毛狀體內產生,而相關的顯著性未能達到極顯著水平,說明也有少量青蒿素在其它類彆的細胞內產生.

In order to study the content of artemisinin and the density of glandular trichomes,the fluores-cence microscope and scanning electron microscopy ( sem) are used to determinate 8 groups of different artemisinin yield.At the same time,the artemisinin content was determined by HPLC method,then SPSS software is used to study correlation between them.The results show that:①the density of glandular tri-chomes is different for different leaves, the maximum mean value observed through fluorescence micro-scope and scanning electron microscopy (sem) was No.4 plant,the average density was (75.7±16.0)a/cm2 ,respectively,and (29.4±5.9) a/cm2 ,which proves fluorescence microscope is more suitable for the determination of the density of glandular trichemes,and scanning electron microscopy ( sem) is better sui-ted to observe the structure of the glandular trichomes;②there is a significant linear correlation relation-ship the density of glandular trichomes and the content of artemisinin,the correlation index is 0.734,P=0.038<0.05.It proves that artemisinin is mainly producted by glandular trichemes,and the associated sig-nificance does not reach extremely significant level, which means a small amount of artemisinin is pro-duced in other types of cells.
