针对试验站所辖示范县中传统种菇区对黄金针菇新品种的苛刻要求,以及缺乏高纯菌种对品种优良性状传递独特作用的认识,开展了黄金针菇优良菌株筛选及其高纯菌种制作技术相结合的试验示范.在菌株筛选过程中,综合评价子实体菌柄褐变程度、菌柄粗细、菌盖大小及生物学效率等生产性状,将评价指标数值化并进行差异显著性分析,经初筛和中试两次筛选验证,选育出了商品性状优良、生物学效率达128%的优良菌株F2927.在F2927示范过程中,采用了棉籽壳装输液瓶机和高压灭菌制作高纯菌种技术,有力保障了菌株优良生产性状的传递,使示范户每栽培5000 kg栽培料,收到了菌种制作用工支出节省360元、菌种纯度达98%、增产幅度达8%~10%、增收2500~3000元的良好效果.

Based on the demand of a new variety of yellow Flammulina velutipes in the traditional culti-vated area in the jurisdiction of the experimental station, and the knowledge gap of the role high-purity culture in the inherence of excellent cultivable traits,we screened yellow Flammulina velutipes strains and demonstrated the technology of its high purity culture preparation.The browning and thickness of stipe,the size of cap and the biological efficiency of the test strains are analyzed using significant difference test.The result showed that the fine strain F2927 with a lighter color and a higher biological efficiency of 128%is selected after two screening tests.Infusion bottles loaded with cotton seed hulls and autoclave technology are employed to prepare the high-purity culture in the demonstration experiment of strain F2927,which effectively guarantees the inherence of fine producing traits.For the cultivation of 5 000 kg substrate,the culture preparation cost was reduced by 360 yuan,and the purity of culture was up to 98%.The yield was increased by 8%~10%and the farmers′income was raised by 2 500~3 000 yuan.
