导师制的施行有利于大学生的个性发展与综合素质的提高，帮助大学生全面成长，使大学生自主学习能力有所增强，实践创新能力得到提高。以本科生导师、辅导员、班主任、大三学生为主要研究对象，在“三师一生”、“四位一体”的新型导师合作制等方面阐述了本科生导师制在大学生实践创新能力培养中的实施策略，经过实践验证行之有效。
도사제적시행유리우대학생적개성발전여종합소질적제고，방조대학생전면성장，사대학생자주학습능력유소증강，실천창신능력득도제고。이본과생도사、보도원、반주임、대삼학생위주요연구대상，재“삼사일생”、“사위일체”적신형도사합작제등방면천술료본과생도사제재대학생실천창신능력배양중적실시책략，경과실천험증행지유효。
The enforcement of tutorial system is beneficial to the development of the undergraduates'individual character and the improvement of comprehensive quality.Moreover,it can help the comprehensive growth of under-graduates and the improvements of the autonomous learning ability and the innovation ability.In this paper, with teachers,counselors,teachers and student as the main study target,the authors carry out the study in“three-teache-a-student”,“four to one” new tutor cooperative system aspects,and so on.The result shows the enforcement of tuto-rial system is effectiveness.
