以市售 PEDOT:PSS 水溶液为催化层主要原材料,采用简易的旋涂工艺获得柔性和刚性两类透明对电极,着重考察了相应双面吸光染料敏化太阳电池(DSCs)的光电性能。结果表明,PEDOT:PSS 对电极在可见光范围内(400nm ~700nm)具有十分优异的透光性能,其透光率能维持在80%。采用高透光率的 PEDOT:PSS 对电极,能获得较理想的柔性和刚性两类双面吸光 DSCs,正反面均展现出较佳的转换效率。当模拟光源从光阳极入射时,柔性和刚性两类器件的转换效率分别达到1.09%和5.11%,其值均与相应 Pt 对电极 DSCs 相当(分别为1.01%和5.19%);当模拟光源从对电极入射时,两类器件均依然具有从光阳极入射时效率的约50%,其值分别为0.51%和2.18%。

A commercial PEDOT:PSS aqueous solution was used as main raw material to prepare transparent counter electrodes of flexi-ble type and rigid type in the simple spin - on process. Photoelectric performance of assembling bifacial(bifacially light absorbing)dye- sensitised solar cell was emphatically investigated. Results show that PEDOT:PSS counter electrode possess outstanding transmitting property in the visible range of 400nm to 700nm,keeping a transmittance of about 80% . Bifacial DSCs of flexible type and rigid type resembled with high transparent PEDOT:PSS counter electrode show comparably good conversion efficiency both positive and opposite (front and back). When the simulating illuminant enters from the photoanode side,devices of flexible type and rigid type show conver-sion efficiency of 1. 09% and 5. 11% respectively,compared to conversion efficiency of 1. 01% and 5. 19% respectively with corre-sponding Pt counter electrode assembling DSCs. While the simulating illuminant enters from the counter electrode side,both devices show conversion efficiency of 0. 51% and 2. 18% respectively,about the half value as simulating illuminant incident from photoanode side.
