我校近几年开展了大学生创新实践科研训练，在大学生重点项目课题支持下，开展对上海崇明地区入侵植物调查，通过以学生为主导的科研训练，以及基于问题发现的学习法，让学生身临其境，通过自主实践探索发现和解决问题，提高了学生创新能力与军事素质，有利于人才的培养。

Student Research Training Programs have been done for several years in our University . Based on the important project of Student Research Training Programs ,we have investigated the in-vasive plant in Chongming iland area .Student-led Field Research Training and Problem based learning was used in this project .In this case ,the students are personally on the scene and find the problem , and find out the answer by themselves .At the same time ,the students’ innovation ability and mili-tary quality have been improved .
