通过深入剖析现行全口义齿教学中存在的不足,并根据成年人的学习特点提出以患者诊治为中心的全口义齿教学方式的可行性。在该教学方式中,患者及学生作为主角从始至终积极参与整个教学过程。以实际患者为模特具体生动地为学生展示全口义齿的修复过程及相关理论知识要点。利用学生直接接触患者的激动心情充分调动学生的积极性和主动性,使其更加深刻具体地学习掌握全口义齿的相关理论和临床诊治技能。该教学方式能够最大程度地将理论与实践相结合,为学生提供一个从感性认识到理性认识、适合人类学习逻辑的教学模式,避免传统教学中,理论课像“天书”的模式以及理论与实践脱节的弊端。

Through in-depth analysis of the existing problems in the teaching of complete denture ,and put forward the feasibility to complete denture education based on the patients’ treatment ,according to the characteristics of adult learning .In this method ,patients and students as the protagonist to ac-tively participate in the w hole teaching process .Based on the actual patient model ,the w hole treat-ment process of edentulous patients and the related theory knowledge points were vividly showed to students .The enthusiasm and initiative of students ,to directly contact with the excited mood ,were fully used .The teaching method can maximally combining theory with practice ,provide a model from perceptual knowledge to rational knowledge ,suitable for human logic learning model for students .To avoid the disconnection between theory and practice in the traditional teaching ,like“mumbo-jumbo”mode in classroom .
