随着中国经济与科技的发展及医学科学的不断进步，中国正逐渐成为国外医学留学生的热门选择。作者所在校于2007年开始招收医学类留学生，留学生的传染病学全英文教学对该校教师来说是一项新的挑战。经过3年多的教学实践，本文就传染病学留学生教学中，锁骨下静脉穿刺等操作的临床带教经验和体会进行了总结。

More and more abroad students choose China to study medicine as the economy and the med-ical science of China developed .Capital Medical University enrolled the medical abroad students since 2007 .English teaching of infectious disease for abroad student is a new challenge to the teachers in our hospital .In the present study ,we reported the experiences of the English teaching of subclavicu-lar venous access for abroad student .
